Creating the conditions for every child to thrive
Inclusion by design
The UK’s only truly end-to-end inclusion base service - combining evidence-led design, sustainable modular construction, and Ofsted-ready impact evaluation. For schools that want more than just a building.
“Children achieve best when they feel safe and connected to their school environment”
Schools White Paper, March 2026
Every year, schools buy modular buildings from providers who walk away once they’re installed. We stay.At Foundry Education, we know a space alone is not enough - especially for children with SEND and those most at risk of exclusion.
Inclusion sits at the heart of everything we do. We design and build specialist spaces where children can feel supported, achieve and thrive.
We stay with you throughout the whole journey - from our first conversations to impact evaluation - and beyond. Because the difference those spaces make truly matters.

Everything we do is based around a simple belief: inclusion should never sit at the margins of school life. Our values guide how we design, build and work with schools. We share what we learn
Education is all about giving back. Here at Foundry, we want to support teachers and leaders to create meaningful inclusive spaces in their schools, regardless of whether they’re a Foundry customer or not. Our mission is not to sell Inclusion Bases, it’s to support schools to make sure all children feel like they belong – especially the most vulnerable.
The research and expertise we’ve gathered, about inclusion and construction, we don’t intend to keep to ourselves. In a series of blogs, we will share all our research and insights, and in the future, we’ll also publish case studies and impact evaluations so that everyone can benefit from what we learn.
